Sooner or later

The exhibition "SOONER OR LATER" at Alice Gallery, Brussels, features works by Sune Christiansen. Christiansen's ceramics appear to be derived from his paintings, some having a totemic presence, others evoking anthropomorphic hallucinations. His abstract work leads to a sensual, instinctive rapture, connecting with the invisible powers of imagination. Christiansen, who worked as an art director before becoming a full-time painter in 2021, has seen his work exhibited internationally since emerging from relative obscurity.
