Zopart's mission is to get more people into art galleries.
Zopart offers a guide to contemporary art being shown right now in Brussels and Paris — the exhibitions opening this week, the shows worth crossing the city for, and the galleries staging them. It exists to answer the question of where to go and experience contemporary art.
We think the most consequential thing in contemporary art is an exhibition — the moment a gallery puts an artist's work in a room and asks the public to come and look. That moment is where reputations form and where the culture around an artist is actually made. Zopart is built around it.
Our Approach.
That belief leads to a deliberate decision: galleries stay at the centre. In contemporary art the gallery is the artist's advocate and intermediary — it discovers, represents, prices, and stakes its own reputation on the work it shows. Zopart is built to reinforce that role. Every artist on Zopart appears because a gallery has exhibited them. There is no open artist sign-up, no marketplace, and no direct line from artist to collector — not because we haven't got round to it, but because that isn't how contemporary art in real life is built. Underneath the listings, Zopart is building an exhibition history that maps how galleries, artists, and their collaborations connect over time.
For Galleries.
Your gallery's presence on Zopart is yours to shape. A free account lets you claim your page and keep it accurate — contact details, opening hours, descriptions, and your full run of past, current, and upcoming exhibitions. And because artists appear on Zopart only through the shows you curate, keeping your exhibitions current is also how the artists you represent are seen here.
For Collectors and Visitors.
Zopart gives you a reason to leave the house. A free account lets you save the shows you mean to catch and keep a record of the ones you've seen, and an optional newsletter flags what's opening in your city — so you are alerted to exhibitions before they close. Whether you collect seriously or simply follow the work, the aim is the same: to put you in front of art in the gallery.
How is Zopart Funded?
Zopart carries no advertising and has no outside investors. It is funded by galleries that choose to contribute — monthly or annually, with no fixed price. By way of thanks, contributing galleries get more features and stronger placement across the site. The full details are on the
for galleries page.
The Story Behind Zopart.
Zopart began in Brussels in December 2025 as one person's tool for navigating the Brussels art scene, Paris was added in January 2026. It is independent and self-built, and refined in conversation with the galleries it serves.
What's Next.
Zopart is still young and still changing, shaped by how galleries and visitors actually use it. More cities will follow Brussels and Paris. If you know of a gallery we're missing in either city — one with a working website — tell us at hello@zopart.com.
