Beyond the Horizon

This exhibition presents the work of Dutch artist Scarlett Hooft Graafland, whose practice unfolds at the intersection of photography, performance, and sculpture. Her images, often taken in remote and fragile landscapes such as the salt flats of Bolivia, the deserts of Yemen, or the Arctic regions, resonate as poetic interventions that question our relation to nature and cultural identity. Hooft Graafland’s photographs are not documentary records but carefully staged compositions.
