Mes Dalton

Galerie Loevenbruck presents "Mes Dalton," a group exhibition featuring twenty-seven artists who have collaborated with curator Bertrand Godot over three decades. The exhibition's title, borrowed from the famous comic book characters, carries a dual sense of affection and assertion, referring to those recognized as "one's own."

Godot, who directed the artistic program at the Chapelle du Genêteil for thirty years, organized this exhibition as a response to his recent departure from the institution. The display is structured as a scenography, with smaller works placed on the floor at the entrance that gradually increase in size as the visitor moves through the space. This progression is intended to evoke a sense of elevation and to prompt a reconsideration of values beyond the commercial or cultural.
