Huberty & Breyne Brussels presents "Si les dieux t'abandonnent..." (If the gods abandon you...), an exhibition of preparatory sketches by Philippe Francq. The show coincides with the release of the 25th volume of the Largo Winch adventures. The exhibition features original graphite sketches on paper, representing the penultimate stage of Francq's creative process before digital inking. This exhibition marks the first public display of these sketches, highlighting Francq's artistic methods and the evolution of his graphic style since volume 22. The works explore intimate moral questions alongside contemporary ethical issues within the narrative of Largo Winch, with settings ranging from the Adriatic Sea to Nigeria.
